By booking a service with Soak And Rinse Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your appointment.
1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to confirm certain services.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
2. Payment

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash and online payment (Zelle, CashApp)

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24–48] hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit.
4. Vehicle Condition

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality detailing service.

Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and type of service.

Any service concerns should be reported within [24–48] hours of service completion.
6. Liability

Soak And Rinse Auto Detailing is not liable for damages due to pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical failures, or issues beyond our control.

Our team will take all reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle during service.
7. Privacy

Customer information collected for bookings is kept confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.
8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be subject to the version in effect at the time of service.
